HIVE Trainee Trainer & Assessor

About us:

HIVE is a Registered Training Organisation (RTO) # 22341. We offer Nationally Recognised and Accredited Courses, such as Certificate IV in Accounting and Bookkeeping, Diploma of Accounting, Certificate IV in Diploma of Leadership and Management qualifications, along with Hospitality, Commercial Cookery and other short courses.

We are seeking a number of candidates who are wanting to step into the training world and share their passion for passing on their skills and knowledge to others. HIVE will work closely with you to provide you with the skill set and qualifications required to become the experience Trainer and Assessor. Trainers required in:

  • FNS42017 – Certificate IV in Accounting and Bookkeeping
  • FNS50217 – Diploma of Accounting
  • FNS50417 – Diploma of Payroll Services
  • BSB42015 – Certificate IV in Leadership and Management
  • BSB51918 – Diploma of Leadership and Management

Responsibilities include:

  • Delivery of training and assessment according to the requirements;
  • Working with an experienced trainer and assessor in the desired field to gain training on all aspects of Training, Student Services and the RTO industry, such as:
    • Be the first point of contact for Student Services – assisting with any enquiries and enrolments
    • Assisting with data inputting and any other ad-hoc required;
    • Complete comprehensive lesson plans;
    • Ensure learner assessments are submitted in a timely manner & reporting to management;
    • Maintain individual learner records by completing organisational class attendance rolls;
    • Delivery of training according to the requirements (Eventually!)
    • Assist with any assessment marking as required

Experience and Qualifications:

To be considered you must have the following:

  • Vocational competency and / or qualification in specific qualification or above;
  • Relevant Industry Currency in said qualification;
  • Be computer and tech savvy
  • Well-developed written and oral communication skills and ability to cater to a diverse range of people and organisations;
  • Clear Police Check and WWCC
